2. Registration, plans, and billing

To use BeeNotae you must create an account by providing a valid email and password, and you are responsible for keeping these credentials secure. The platform offers a free tier with limited usage and paid plans with expanded features and credit allowances. Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our payment processor, and recurring charges renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel or change your plan at any time from your account settings; refunds follow the policy stated at checkout and applicable consumer law.

You must be at least 13 years old to use BeeNotae. If you are under 18, you may only use BeeNotae with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and supervises your use of the service. We may suspend any account if we have a good-faith belief that the user is under 13 or is under 18 without the required guardian involvement.

3. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of the content you create, upload, or generate through BeeNotae, including text, images, and carousels. BeeNotae retains all rights to the platform itself, including its software, templates, design system, brand, and underlying technology. By using the service you grant BeeNotae a limited license to process your content as strictly necessary to provide the features you request.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BeeNotae to create or distribute illegal content, hate speech, harassment, threats, sexually explicit material involving minors, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt the platform, bypass security controls, reverse engineer the service, scrape it at abusive rates, or use it to send spam. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

5. AI usage policy

BeeNotae uses third-party AI providers to generate content from the prompts and context you supply. Your content, branding, and references are not used to train external general-purpose AI models, mirroring the stance described in our Privacy Policy. AI output is a suggestion: you remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding what to publish, and you should not rely on the platform for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

6. Limitation of liability and indemnification

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeNotae is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the platform, and total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to BeeNotae in the twelve months preceding the event. You agree to indemnify BeeNotae against third-party claims arising from content you create or distribute through the service or from your breach of these Terms.

7. Suspension and termination

BeeNotae may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation poses material risk to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; once deleted, your data is removed or anonymized according to the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) will remain in effect.

8. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of BeeNotae will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires a different venue.

9. Acceptance and changes

By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at signup, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. BeeNotae may update these Terms to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, or business practices, and material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after a new version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
